THE VEHICLE IS SHIPPED WITH A STICKER ON THE WINDSHIELD AND SECTION 2 IN THE PDI SERVICE RECORD DIRECTS THE TECHNICIAN TO REMOVE THE BLOCKS PRIOR TO CUSTOMER DELIVERY. FAILURE TO REMOVE THE SPACERS WILL RESULT IN A ROUGHER THAN NORMAL RIDE AND WILL MAKE NOISE WHILE DRIVING. PLEASE SHARE THIS SSM WITH YOUR SALES AND PDI DEPARTMENTS.
