Cargo volume

Cargo volume measures luggage space in cubic feet. For SUVs, hatchbacks, and wagons it is usually quoted two ways: behind the rear seats for daily use, and with the seats folded for the maximum.

Measurement methods vary between manufacturers, so treat small differences as noise. The shape of the space, the load floor height, and the opening matter as much as the number for what actually fits.
